If you’ve seen your dream Roxford home but it’s not yet been released for sale, our Earlybird scheme* is designed to ensure that you won’t miss out when it becomes available. All you have to do is place a reservation fee of £500, fill in our Earlybird form and rest assured that you will automatically have first refusal. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s released for sale and you then have 48 hours to decide whether to proceed with the purchase.

If you decide not to proceed we will refund half of the reservation fee. If you choose to proceed, the Earlybird reservation becomes a full reservation and our full reservation fee is applicable. You can then start planning your move and we’ll be with you at every step to make it as smooth as possible!
